Halloween!!! One of my favorite holidays to celebrate.  Ever since I was little I have just loved dressing up and heading out to collect my candy.  I won every costume contest thanks to my grandmother, and have never missed a year dressing up.  I think my favorite costume has to be when I was Kate from John and Kate + 8.  It turned out to be a great costume and everyone knew who I was.

Today I just had to post this black and orange look.  This orange door is located in Downtown Pensacola, Fl.  I just love that its orange and the address is 11, so ironic that tomorrow will be November.  Anyways, have a great Halloween taking your kids or yourself for tricks and treats all night long.  Please be safe and eat lots of candy.

On a side note if you are interested in becoming a member of a great organization that allows you to celebrate Halloween all year long please check out Ween Dream.  Its an amazing group that helps give costumes to kids in need all over the U.S. so they can enjoy Halloween too.

Just a little #flashbackfriday on Halloween of me and my favorite girls all celebrating one of our favorite holidays together.

Outfit Post // Crop

Crop Top Banana Republic old similar here and here //  Shirt Banana Republic on sale too! // Jeans NYDJ c/o // Shoes Rag and Bone // Necklace Stella and Dot one of my favorites // Clutch GiGi New York // Sunglasses Ray Ban

The "Crop" top it back in full swing and if your like me and don't have an 18 year old body to show that mid section off you need another way to wear it.  I have found the answer ladies, layer a shirt under the crop top to cover your yummy tummy.  You're getting to enjoy the trend with out having showing off your middy.

I just love stripes if you haven't noticed and this shirt from Banana Republic is one of the best ones I have seen all fall.  So remember don't be afraid to wear a trend.  There are ways to make it work for every body type.

Outfit Post // SAY YES

Sweatshirt J.Crew // Shirt c/o Julie Brown Designs // Pants J.Crew // Shoes old Zara similar here and here // Sunglasses J.Crew Factory

Getting a head start on new years?  Yes I am,  this is going to be the year of being positive and saying yes to things I would not normally "say yes" to.  When I saw this statement sweatshirt with that big "SAY YES" I just had to have it.  Just seeing this makes me feel more empowered and confidant.

So add a fun print to your week to break up the solid and just "SAY YES" to something new or scary or exciting for a change.  Its the weekend and perfect time just just say yes to something.
Also, P.S. this sweatshirt is on major sale at J.Crew and it really cozy and perfect for your weekend wear!

Outfit Post // We Wear "PINK"

Top c/o Julie Brown Designs // Jacket c/o Julie Brown Designs // Jeans c/o NYDJ // Clutch Gigi NYC // Shoes Nordstrom // Necklace Sylvia Benson Collection // Lip Color Buxom

"We wear pink on Wednesday" has become a weekly routine just like "MCM" "TBT" and "WCW".  But I think its especially important in October during breast cancer awareness month.  I was a Zeta Tau Alpha in college and it is a cause very dear to my heart.  Raising money for this is life and death to women all over the country.  I love anything and everything girly and I know raising money for these girly girls who wear pink all year long, are battling cancer, and have stayed strong during their remission appreciate anyone who supports them.  So make a difference this month, donate money, time, or give your girls a check.  Everything and anything you can do to prevent or raise awareness matters.

Make sure you wear pink.  This hot pink has become a pop in my fall closet and looks great with this black and white trend.

Outfit Post // I'm So Happy

Jeans c/o NYDJ // Shirt old (similar here and here)// Vest Nordstrom // Shoes Converse // Necklace Moon & Lola // Sunglasses J. Crew Factory // Watch Michael Kors

Some times you just want to feel happy and nothing makes me happier than a gingham shirt.  I am so gaga for gingham this fall.  Just because its fall doesn't mean you have to wear dark drab colors all the time.  Throwing on a fresh pair of white converse and a bright gingham shirt with some dark skinnys can brighten up even the toughest week.  This is a great casual friday look or if you want to change into something more comfy after work.

I am officially obsessed with this military vest from Old Navy.  I hate to say it is sold out but there are lots of options out there so don't worry you can be obsessed with it too! Happy Hump Day everyone.

Outfit Post // Scales

Top c/o Elizabeth Mckay // Jeans c/o NYDJ // Shoes old (similar here and here) // Sunglasses J. Crew Factory// Necklace old Zara (love this one and this one) // Purse Kate Spade //

Don't feel blue, it's Friday!  But I sure am loving this blue scales top from Elizabeth Mckay.  This easy top with a beautiful neckline lets me show off a beautiful statement necklace.  Mixing print with a large necklace can be tricky.  You want to make sure the colors complement each other.  Also playing with prints is fun, mixing the leopard with the blue scale print on the top.  They prints are far from each other so you notice one and then the other.  I do think of leopard as a neutral so it is an easy one to mix with.

Today I am taking over The Blog Baton instagram.  So please follow along with my fashion filled day on their instagram.

I will be at market this weekend in Atlanta selling spring to all my southern boutique owners.  Girls get ready some pretty things are coming to your closet in spring 2015. Have a wonderful weekend and next week I will recap market and give you some sneak peeks into what spring fashion looks like.
