Well here are a couple of my favorite holiday (sparkle and shine) looks from this year.  All of these looks will give you all the sparkle, elegance, and confidence to bring 2014 to a close and start 2015 with a bang.
I am so looking forward to welcoming 2015.  I have lots of new and exciting things going on with Sell. Eat. Love. that I know all of you will be excited to see and here's a hint, wear.  I want to work on doing more post about cool cities to visit,  help you travel in style and knowledge of what to do while visiting (restaurants and places to see).
My final thought is just to say THANK YOU, for following along on this fashion, lifestyle and food journey with me.  Y'all are so important to me and I want to be an inspiration to help women dress in style and confidence.  This blog turned out to be something way different that what I expected and I am nothing but grateful for all the opportunities it has opened for me.  So please keep reading,  styling yourself, and letting me know what you want to see or need help with.  I appreciate all your emails and kind words.  Here's to 2015!

Outfit Post // Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas . . .  I am just in love with this amazing tulle skirt from  it makes such a fun look  for the most festive day of the year, Christmas.  I am so lucky I am home in Pensacola to spend the holidays with my family and friends.  I hope everyone gets to do the same.
This year has brought so many blessings, adventure, and of course fashion into my life and I am so grateful for it all.
"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.  And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  7 of the increases of his government and peace there will be no end.  he will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this." Isaiah 9:6-7
This is the reason for the season and I have been moved this year to celebrate and remember all things are done in Christ name.  Merry (Christ)mas to all.

Outfit Post // Gifted

Skirt c/o Julie Brown Designs / Top old Ann Taylor Loft similar here and here / Shoes Monkees of Greenville and here / Bracelet c/o Rocksbox / Earrings Baublebar / Purse DVF love this one too

Ok so this is my first attempt at the midi skirt! I think I pulled it off successfully and now I am hooked.  I paired this beautiful and classic ivory pleated skirt from Julie Brown Designs with a fun and fancy sequin t-shirt top.  They just complement each other so well.  You can't ever go wrong with adding a little leopard, like my clutch to complete this look, remember girls it goes with everything.  I love all the textures in this outfit, from the sequins, silk pleating, and the suede shoes.

Tis the season of giving.  The gift in the picture was wrapped by moi!  I don't know if you ever notice that when you are wrapping a gift you have most always have left over paper.  Well I have found the solution to it not going to waste and plus you won't ever have to buy ribbons and bows again because you can make your own!

I have linked several videos from you tube to show you how its done.  They are so easy and gives your gift that extra touch and nothing goes to waste!

Current // Holiday Weekend In Charlotte

Ho Ho Ho, these amazing ladies and I had a great at home Christmas potluck, cookie swap, secret santa, and game night Saturday.  We get together every year to talk about what the next year will hopefully bring us, celebrate big milestones, and enjoy the Christmas season.

This year we decided to stay in cook dinner, sit by the fire and play games.  It could not have been anymore perfect.  Logan had a beautiful tree decorated, lit up and a fire keeping our toes nice and toasty.  She was the perfect host.

Then came secret Santa.  We definitely had a trend this year.  All the important girls showed up, Tory, Kate, and Kendra that is.  With our changing lives and big events coming up in 2015 home stuff, jewelry, and travel accessories were a big hit!

We finished the night with lots of wine talking girl talk and playing catch phrase.  I saw a competitive side to many of my friends I have never seen before.   I loved it and know next year the board games will be coming with me to the queen city.

The most important memory about the weekend was knowing how much we make our friendships to each other a priority.  Taking this time out of busy schedules is what keeps out friendships strong, celebrating all the achievements and special events from the year gets everyone excited for the next year.  Way to go girls, keep up all your hard work, love, and adventure for life.

Eat // Cookie Swap

My Mom wrote this when she was little, my grand mother would make her write recipe cards in cerise to practice.  Recipe : Japanese Fruit Pie

Recipe : Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Recipe : Red Velvet Cake

Recipe : Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipe : Chocolate Cookies

I really don't think there is anything more festive than pulling out my Grandmothers old cookie and cake recipes.  I just love seeing all the ingredient stains, edits, and of course my Granny's handwriting.  These recipes have been passed down to me and I hold them so dear to my heart.  This year has been the first year I bakes some of these cookies.  I made the last recipe, Chocolate Cookies, for my cookie swap this weekend.  They turned out more than perfect, they tasted just like when my Granny made them.  I was so excited, sometimes the person who always made the recipe has a special touch or did something without even knowing they did it.  So that can make it hard to recreate.  My friends all loved them and I passed out the recipes to all the girls so they can make them for their families.

Please enjoy any of these recipes and if you have any questions about them don't hesitate to comment below or email me.  Happy baking and eating this holiday season.

Outfit Post // Black, White, and Red all over?

Sweater // Turtleneck // Coated Pants // Necklace // RIng // Shoes // Bag

This sweater from the one and only Old Navy has quickly become a go to in my closet when the temps drop below 50 degrees outside and I am hitting up the grocery store with leggings on or a coated jean to catch the latest action movie with some girl friends, no dates as of recent.   Its oversized, I am wearing a medium, and long enough to wear with workout legging or tight jeans to give you that long tunic sweater look.
I can't wear this bold, red, mock neck sweater with out adding the turtleneck of the year- from non other than Old Navy.  I mean girls you have to get every color they make! They end up being around $9 bucks.  I can't believe I am sharing this but, I bought 2 in each color.

This is what you want to wear after you have eaten and drank all day and now you are going to see the new big movie coming out Christmas Day!
PS- these are pull on coated jeans.  Lots of room for Eating, Drinking, and being Merry at the holidays.
