What girl doesn't want at least one thing in their closet that helps her become the amazing Olivia Pope.  I couldn't help myself but channel the most amazing problem solver on capital hill with this amazing winter white look.
I just can't get away from tonal looks of white/ neutral.  My favorite color is white and this skirt helps me rock the color even in the dead of winter.  I am also obsessed with this wrap coat from Talbots. It is true O. Pope style.  During the winter pulling of a skirt can be hard.  But get a spray tan and wear a solid color top and bottom and you will feel like you are wearing a dress in the summer.

Outfit Post // Powder

Sweater J.crew and 40% off sale // Gold Striped Shirt J.crew Factory // Jeans NYDJ c/o  // Necklace J.crew Factory // Sunglasses J.crew Factory // Converse // Rings Gorjana

This outfit is the pure definition of me and my true style.  I love a solid, cozy sweater (with or without a collared shirt under), pair of boyfriend jeans, and a great pair of converse tennis shoes.  This look is for one of those days you just need to wear a color that makes your eyes pop and makes you feel happy!
I am obsessed with powder blue this winter.  Its so clean and soft I just want to wear it every day.  Well enough about my favorite color this week.

Welcoming of 2015 with the moto "new year new home" I am moving into a condo in Atlanta.  I am so excited about this new space to start the new year.  It is on the same street I live on which is great for moving!  I also love the layout.  Its a two bedroom one bath condo.  It has wood floors though out and great space to entertain and if you know me cook!
I want to keep y'all updated on how this moving, decorating ( on a budget), and finished apartment comes together.  I am learning so much on how to get what you want one little piece at a time. I will tell you where I get everything and trust me I will not leave you in the dark.  I hate when I visit a blog to get decorating inspiration and I can't seem to buy or find what they used.  And if I can't find it I will find something similar for you.  So wish me luck and can't wait to update you.  Here's a little time line for you to follow.
Move in day - Jan 19th
Furniture Delivery - Jan 20th
Decorating Days - Jan 19-25th
Thats all I got so far but I have some DIY projects up my sleeve so there will be much more don't worry. Wish me luck.

Baby its cold outside, and I am totally one of those girls who does not like to get dressed when its cold out, like 50 and below I struggle.  I just never feel good in anything and I pile tons of layers on and still feel cold and fat.  So I declare in 2015 to try and not be that girl.  I have styled lots of looks to help girls like me get dressed and feel good even in the freezing cold weather.
These puffer vest have become a major staple to keep me warm and add some detail to any look were a solid sweater comes into play.  I am also totally crushing on grey and navy! They are a great color combo to look clean and fresh in the winter months.
