Current // Coterie Trip

I know I know I have been majorly mia.  I have traveled from coast to coast and back again.  What a crazy two weeks it has been.  I had such a great time in NYC this past week I wanted to share with you a little inside to what I did.

First off Coterie was a huge success for Reeves & Company.   We saw so many of our wonderful accounts from the southeast.  We also saw fall 2016 and its going to blow your minds.  So many great styles, colors, and of course prices.  We also picked up a new line that we will be revealing later this week so stay tuned.  My sister's store Indigeaux Denim Bar and Boutique is opening a shoe salon inside their new location and I was able to do a little buying for her while in NYC.  Pensacola get excited about Dolce Vita coming your way.

Then comes the food,  this might be the most important part to Analeise and I,  just kidding its the selling of the clothes.  Our first stop was Keste for pizza in the west village.  I am telling you this picture doesn't even do it justice.  We could just pick a couple we had to each pick one and share.  What else do you follow pizza with than a dessert smorgasbord from Milk Bar

The second day was even better when we tried out the best thai food restaurant in the east village call Ngam.  The food had so much flavor a depth.  It was rainy in the city that night so we found a cozy bar had a couple of drinks then headed back to the hotel to get our beauty sleep for the last day of coterie.

I should have known my flight was going to be cancelled due to bad weather in Atlanta.  But I trapped off to the airport only to get there and have to turn around.  Which wasn't that bad, I mean who is mad about spending another night in NYC?

Our last day in the city started with a beautiful morning stroll to get a coffee and heart donut from none other than Dunkin Donuts.  Then we had brunch at the famous Sarabeth's.  You must try the french toast.  A stroll around central part lead us to the beautiful Bergdorf Goodman's for a freshen up of makeup and perfume just in time to head to the airport.

I know this was a long recap but there are tons of great restaurant suggestions and things to do around NYC, especially if you are on a budget.  P.s. we did get makeup from Bergdorf Goodman but it was not that expensive and you feel like a million bucks walking out with that little purple bag.

Outfit Post // Stud

Sweater Bobeau // Top Free People and its only $20 // Jeans Kut from the Kloth // Boots Frye //  Necklaces here and here // Sunglasses Tory Burch

Constant rotation alart; over sized cardigan, tank, distressed jeans, and my new favorite Frye booties. This winter has been a little unpredictable.  Goes from hot to cold to warm to freezing.  My wardrobe is beyond confused.  One week I am wearing sweaters and scarfs the next tanks and sandals.  But my solution to dresses for the changing weather is wearing a tank with a over sized or boyfriend cardigan.  I swear its all I have been wearing these days.  But it works and you always look put together when wearing layers.
I am in Sin City right now starting to sell Fall16 styles for my brands.  I can't wait to show you what is trending and what to look forward too.  Follow along for sneak peeks on my snap chat - larozier/ selleatlove.  Be looking out for my next color mash up on Wednesday, I am bringing it back to a winter look!  Have a lovely week and remember to keep up with me on Instagram and Snapchat.

Color Mash Up // Valentine's Day Edition

Love is in the air and February 14th is Valentine's Day.  I am so excited to have another color mash up for you to inspire you.  This holiday full of pink and red, hearts, and things that smell nice.  What better way to get into the romantic spirt than planning your outfit for whatever kind of event you might be going to.
On Sunday's I brunch so my boyfriend and I are going to a nice brunch on the river.  You might be going out on saturday night for a Galentine's party.  Or having a romantic night in with you BAE.  I have also attached some gift ideas for any of your girls friends who might need a pick me up, or if you need to hint to the man of your dreams.
I hope this Sunday brings you so much love and adventure.  In fact I hope you all celebrate this entire weekend.  Happy Valentine's Day

Taking it back old school this Valentine's Day.  For me Valentine's Day has always been about remembering how to be romantic and showing your family and friends how much you love them all year long.  This year I get to celebrate this love-ly holiday with my boyfriend. Yes, thats right peps I have a boyfriend!  He is so sweet and I can't wait to be all lovey dovey and romantic with a weekend filled with dinners, a movie, some pampering, and then a Valentine's Day brunch before I head off to Vegas for another market.

The old school reference I am making about Valentine's is about how Valentine's day started.  It first was a liturgical celebration of an early saint named Valentinus.  He was imprisoned for marrying soldiers to their forbidden loves and ministering to persecuted christians.   Later this holiday was a day for lovers to expressed their love for one another with flowers, confectionary, and sending greeting cards called Valentine's.  I just think giving little gifts that smell nice and taste good keep this  holiday light and fun.  Making memories and showing your love for one another in words and actions is so much more thoughtful and meaningful.  So tell your family, friends, and love how much you care and love them this Valentine's Day.
